The mental health awareness course is part of BECTU’s commitment to address the needs of reps in the area of mental health, so that they feel better equipped to meet the needs of their members in the workplace.
Mentoring Programme - Mentoring the Future
Prospect/BECTU has been successful for the past two years in securing funding from the Union Learning Fund to run a mentoring programme for members in England in the creative, culture and communications sectors. The programme is a peer led and peer designed scheme to support the individual goals of union members and offers up to 10 hours of mentoring support over six months.
