Content Marketing - Blogging Your Way To Profit and Work

  • Attendees will need to bring a laptop to this session.  If you are unable please let me know and I shall arrange one to be available for you.

It is currently estimated that at least 7 out of every 10 purchases begins with a Google search. As Google’s algorithms continue to develop, it’s becoming more difficult to predict what will rank well, but it’s only the businesses (or people) that rank well that will be found in the search process. One thing we do know is that Google values the customer experience, promoting interesting and relevant content over sales pages and product descriptions. In other words, the more content you can offer your customers on your website, the more likely you are to be rewarded with high rankings and more website visits.

This workshop will show you how to create a content marketing strategy, offering more value to your customers and as a result, turn your website into a lead generating machine. There will also be practical hands-on time to produce your own content for online, so please bring a laptop or device with you and any logins for your website platforms you might need.

The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to see more traffic to their website and is willing to invest the time to make that happen. The systems and ideas work for businesses of any size, freelancers, and those who want to increase their online profile.
