This week's dismissal of three BECTU representatives at the Ritzy cinema in Brixton will be marked by a rally outside the venue from 6-7pm on Friday 16 June.
BECTU members, as well as colleagues in the wider Prospect union, are encouraged to join the event to show their solidarity with the three reps who have been dismissed as well as with a fourth who has received a final written warning. Guardian columnist Owen Jones, will join a number of guest speakers who will include the head of BECTU, Gerry Morrissey.
