The ITF Freelancer Scheme offers a range of benefits to experienced freelance workers. Benefits include discounts off courses and early notification of events and discounts. BECTU and the ITF work closely together as partners and as a result BECTU members can access membership for £75 instead of the full rate of £100.

What's the deal?

Membership of the ITF Freelancer Scheme helps you to:

SAVE – learn for less with a third off all ITF short courses

RECEIVE – invitations to exclusive ITF Open Forum events

BE FIRST – with ITF news, bursaries and events

Am I Eligible?

The ITF Freelancer scheme is open to experienced freelancers who are working within the UK television or digital media production sector. So if you have been a working freelancers for 2 years you will be able to apply. Make sure by visiting the ITF website.

 Who are the ITF?

ITF is a registered charity that aims to improve the competitiveness of UK independent television and digital media production companies.

It is established, funded and run by its Member Companies, whose donations are invested strategically in appropriate training and development initiatives.

ITF works in partnership with industry bodies including Pact, Skillset, National and Regional Screen Agencies, BECTU, broadcasters, and other training providers. It has signed up to the Cultural Diversity Network Pledge.
