We have a network of reps and officials covering all departments. We deal with managers at all levels using agreed procedures and mechanisms to handle issues that affect you and your job.
All of our reps work alongside you and they are trained to deal with individual issues, such as grievances and disciplinaries, and to guide you through these procedures.
Sometimes you might want advice, information or even just someone to talk to. Whatever it is - BECTU is here for you.
We also deal with company level collective discussions on issues ranging from pay and pensions to transfers and acquisitions. Our training department also offers a suite of low-cost training to help you to advance your career.
