BECTU's recommended going rates of pay for freelances working in hair and make-up for television, mid-low budget feature films, pop promos, corporate videos and commercials (2012) are attached to this page for download.

The rates have been produced by the union's freelance Hair and Make-Up Branch.

New: Fashion Hair and Make-Up Ratecard

After much research and liaison with hair and make-up workers supporting the fashion industry (editorial, shows, lookbooks, film, photography, promotion) BECTU published its first fashion hair and make-up ratecard in November 2015. This is also attached to the page.
