Union Representatives Training

Trade unions depend on their members to volunteer to be representatives (reps) and be active union supporters (activists). BECTU is no different, we need volunteers and we need them to be skilled and confident carrying out their duties and activites. That is why we have teamed up with the TUC studies unit at South Thames College to run a programme of training courses that are designed with people who work in the creative sector in mind.

In this section you will find information about courses for union reps from different providers, covering different types of representation and located in every part of the country. If you can't find what you are looking for please contact a member of the head office team.
