Health and Safety reps part 1 & 2
- This is a two-part programme lasting six days that will help you succeed as a safety rep. The focus is on practical activity and understanding (and applying) legislation. Upon completion of the course you will be awarded your formal accreditation as a BECTU safety rep.

Negotiation Skills part 2
- The 'Advanced Negotiation Skills' course builds on the earlier course, 'Introduction to Negotiation Skills' and we strongly recommend that you attend this course before signing up for this one.
- The branch web-users workshop
- Thanks to a major government grant from the Union Modernisation Fund, BECTU has launched a new website with a set of interactive tools to enable members and representatives to carry out a wide range of activities online. This a 1-day workshop to equip branch secretaries and branch webpage editors with the skills to fully use the new interactive website.
