There are additional courses run by trade unions for members - mainly by the Federation of Entertainment Unions (FEU). The FEU consists of unions who work closely together in the creative media and entertainment sectors.
FEU members include, BECTU, Equity, MU, NUJ, PFA, Unite, WGGB - some of these (BECTU, Equity, MU & WGGB) have come together to run multi-union learning projects funded by the Welsh Assembly Government/Wales Union Learning Fund.
The CULT Cymru Project (CULT being Creative Unions Learning Together) is a multi-union skills programme funded by the Welsh assembly Government via the Wales Union Learning Fund. It is managed by BECTU.
Participating unions include, BECTU, Equity, MU and WGGB. members attend a wide range of training workshops and events and there is a growing team of Union Learning Advisors (freelance ULRs) trained and able to support members with their learning.
