This section contains information about courses and workshops run directly by BECTU or which we are arranging and supporting with training partners.
We run courses for our union reps and we also run courses that help with freelance skills, vocational skills and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
In 2012 we are running CPD projects in England, Scotland and Wales all courtesy of support from the Union Learning Funds of the three nations (which are funded by the respective governments). In Scotland we are also supported by the EU and Skills Development Scotland and in Wales we have been supported by Skillset Cymru. We are also beneficiaries of support from the CCSkills National Skills Academy.
