Commercials rates

BECTU's recommended rates of pay for freelance work on commercials can be downloaded below.

BECTU's commercials agreement with the Advertising Producers Association (APA) expired on 31 July 2002 - therefore there are currently no agreed freelance rates for work on commercials.

BECTU recommended freelance daily rates for commercials productions [77k pdf] effective from 30 July 2007.

Freelance BECTU members needing further advice should contact the London Production Division at Head Office email commercials@bectu.org.uk quoting name and membership number.
