PACT Production Agreement
The Freelance Production Agreement between BECTU and PACT (Producers Alliance for Cinema & Television) sets out minimum rates of pay for freelances across film and television production.
It does not cover the commercials sector or background artistes.
The rates on the Rate Card are minimum rates.
BECTU freelance members who want advice on current "going rates" in specific areas of production such as feature films, television drama, news/factual programmes, outside broadcasts, etc. should contact BECTU Head Office and ask for the London Production Division.
