Theatre members in London's West End have agreed to an interim pay deal as talks continue to deliver a radical overhaul of their collective agreement.
From October, rates of pay for staff covered by the Society of London Theatre's agreement with BECTU will increase by 2.5%.
Extensive work over the past two years, involving union representatives and staff generally, has produced a new grading structure. However talks with SOLT to agree the rates of pay which will accompany the new grades look set to continue into 2010.
