BECTU negotiates with the Society of London Theatre on rates of pay and conditions of service for theatre workers in London's West End.
Available to download here (members only) are the current rates of pay, effective 5 October 2009, which are the result of an agreement on an interim pay award of 2.5%. Negotiations on a fundamental review of the agreement are set to conclude by April 2010.
