The BBC has an agreement with BECTU which covers the core interests of freelances working on BBC productions. The framework agreement was agreed in April 2010.
Attached to this page is the first set of minimum rates, for drama series and serials, negotiated following the introduction of the overall freelance agreement. BECTU members should log in to access the document. The minimum rates are effective 21 October 2011 and appear alongside BECTU's recommended rates (both sets of rates reflect additional holiday pay).
