6 February 2003	Closing date for receipt of policy propositions by 1200 at BECTU Head Office
14 February 2003	Propositions published to Branches
13 March 2003	Closing date for receipt of amendments to policy propositions, and for nominations to the Standing Orders Committee, Appeals Committee and Trustees for 2003-04, by 1200 at BECTU Head Office
4 April 2003	Branches to notify details of their delegates in order to ensure accommodation and travel arrangements.
25 April 2003	Conference agenda published to notified delegates and to Branches
17 May 2003	Annual Conference at Eastbourne.
18 May 2003	BBC, Independent Broadcasting and Arts & Entertainment Divisional Conferences at Eastbourne.
