Head office phones working again

Landlines at BECTU’s head office are working again following disruption which has lasted most of this working week.

BT has replaced the fibre-optic cable, severed by another utility company, which caused the loss of service for four days.

BECTU apologises to callers for the frustration caused by this situation beyond the union’s control.
